Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs Recipe 2

  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add the seasonings, and put the mixture in a frying pan with the corn oil.
  2. Stir until it nearly boils, then add the beaten eggs, and scramble slowly, allowing the mixture to coagulate a little before scraping it from the bottom of the pan.
  3. The cornstarch will make a very velvety texture and the eggs will go further this way.
