Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs, Reformed Style Recipe 1
- 4 tablespoons milk or thin cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Turn milk or thin cream into an agate frying pan. Add salt.
- Beat eggs with a silver fork just enough to break the yolk thoroughly.
- Then, turn the egg into the hot milk.
- Cook over a gentle fire, stirring as the egg thickens. When adding, stir in a bit of butter until two tablespoons have been used.
- When lightly set, turn on to a hot serving dish and serve at once.
