Ingredients for Scallops With Carrots And Cream
- 3 cups scallops
- 3 carrots, peeled, sliced
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the carrots in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Add scallops, butter, cream and seasonings.
- Cover.
- Let cook for about 8 minutes.
- Then serve.
