Scalloped Ham Recipe

Instructions
  1. Make a thin, well seasoned white sauce and add to it cold boiled ham cut into small cubes.
  2. Pour into scallop dishes, cover with buttered crumbs and brown delicately in the oven.
  3. Garnish with rings of hard boiled white of egg and sprigs of blanched celery.
