Ingredients for Saute Green Beans Recipe
- 16 ounces whole green beans
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lg. clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- If beans are frozen, bring them to room temperature.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and add the beans. Cook over medium heat.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the pan. Saute ingredients together until beans are tender but still crispy.
- Remove beans and place them in a dish or bowl.
- Add lemon juice to the pan and stir until warm.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the green beans.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
