Ingredients for Sausages (frankfurter) With Red Cabbage
- 1 head red cabbage, washed, shredded
- 8 Frankfurter sausages

Instructions
- Boil the cabbage in salted water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put cabbage back in the kettle, place Frankfurters on top, cover and put on the fire for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- The steam produced by the water remaining in the cabbage will be sufficient to cook the sausages.
- Then serve.
