Ingredients for Sausages (frankfurter) With Beets Recipe
- 10 beets, peeled, sliced
- 8 Frankfurter sausages
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the sliced beets in salted water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put sausages on top of beets and add seasonings and 1/4 cup of water.
- Cover and cook slowly for about 6 minutes.
- Then serve.
