Sauce For Salmon Loaf Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat one pint of milk and thicken with one tablespoon of cornstarch and two tablespoons of butter, rubbed together.
  2. Add the liquor from one can of salmon, one tablespoon each of tomato ketchup and Worcestershire with a pinch of cayenne.
  3. Pour over a well beaten egg, beat well and serve.
