Ingredients for Salmon With Celery And Anchovies
- 2½ pounds salmon, cut in 4 slices
- ½ stalk celery, washed, chopped fine
- ¼ cup anchovy filets, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- ½ cup water
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil celery in salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put salmon in a buttered baking pan.
- Season.
- Add the water, butter, celery, onion and anchovies.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
