Salmon Salad Moulds Recipe

Instructions

  1. Season 2 cups of cold cooked salmon with 1 tablespoon each of lemon juice and minced parsley
  2. Add 2 drops of Tabasco sauce.
  3. Mix with a boiled salad dressing and 1 tablespoon of dissolved granulated gelatine.
  4. When thoroughly mixed, fill small moulds, and place on ice for several hours.
  5. Turn out on lettuce leaves and garnish with stoned olives and 3 diced gherkins.
