Salmon Salad Moulds Recipe

Instructions
- Season 2 cups of cold cooked salmon with 1 tablespoon each of lemon juice and minced parsley
- Add 2 drops of Tabasco sauce.
- Mix with a boiled salad dressing and 1 tablespoon of dissolved granulated gelatine.
- When thoroughly mixed, fill small moulds, and place on ice for several hours.
- Turn out on lettuce leaves and garnish with stoned olives and 3 diced gherkins.
