Salmon Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients for Salmon Mayonnaise Recipe

• 1 gallon salted water
• 1 gill vinegar
• 2 salmon steaks
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• Watercress for garnish

Instructions

1. Have a gallon of salted water and a gill of vinegar boiling in a kettle.
2. Lay 2 salmon steaks carefully in the water.
3. Boil slowly. When done, but not broken, take carefully from the water and drain.
4. Set aside until cool and then place on ice until ready to be served.
5. Lay the steaks on a cold platter and cover them smoothly with a thick mayonnaise.
6. Garnish with watercress.
