Sally Lunn Muffin Recipe

• 4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons butter

1. Mix and sift the dry ingredients, add milk slowly, well-beaten eggs, and melted butter.
2. Beat well.
3. Bake in sheet or in muffin pans. Will yield sixteen muffins.
