Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients for Salad Dressing

• ¼ cup sugar
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons flour
• ¾ cup lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons oil
• Yolks 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Beat the yolks, and add to them the sugar and flour.
2. Mix the lemon juice and oil, and heat to boiling, then pour it into the egg mixture, beating it well as in making frosting.
3. Cook in a double.
