Saged Nut Cheese Recipe

Ingredients for Saged Nut Cheese

  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons sage
  • ½ cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Thin the nut butter with water, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cook like nut cheese, or cook in a double boiler four hours.
  3. Allow it to cool in the double boiler, then cut around it with a knife and remove it.
  4. This is very nice sliced and served cold.
