Ingredients for Rutabaga Turnip Salad
- 1 cup of cooked turnip cut into half-inch cubes
- ½ head of lettuce
- ½ the recipe of French dressing, with a teaspoon of onion juice
- ½ tablespoon of fine-chopped parsley or capers

Instructions
- Mix the French dressing in a bowl; add the onion juice and mix again; pour over the turnip and mix with fork and spoon.
- Set aside to become chilled.
- Serve on the lettuce, sprinkling the top with the parsley or capers.
