Instructions

  1. Spread saltine crackers or zepherettes with cream cheese.
  2. Add chopped olives that have been mixed with mayonnaise.
  3. Cover with one of the crackers and press together.

Note: The cheese and olives are also delicious as a filling with slices of entire wheat or Boston brown bread.
