Rich Pie Crust Recipe

• 1-¾ cups bread flour
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup corn oil
• Cold water to moisten

1. Sift the dry ingredients together and stir in the corn oil.
2. The mixture will be very crumbly.
3. Add just enough water to hold it together.
4. Turn onto a floured board, roll at once and use.
