Ingredients for Rice Cakes Recipe 1

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Argo or Kingsford's Cornstarch
  • corn oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the rice, beaten egg, corn syrup and cornstarch and form in thin round cakes.
  2. Brown in corn oil and serve with corn syrup.
