Ingredients for Rice And Fig Pudding
- ½ cup rice, washed
- 1 cup figs, chopped
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Boil the rice in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Run cold water over it.
- Mix eggs with sugar.
- Add slowly the milk.
- Mix together figs and rice.
- Place fig and rice mixture in a pudding dish.
- Pour over them the milk mixture.
- Bake in a slow oven for about 35 minutes.
