Ingredients for Rice And Egg Timbales Recipe
- 3¼ cups boiled rice (1 cup raw)
- 1 pint milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Mix the ingredients, pour into oiled cups, and bake in a pan of hot water.
- Remove from the cups, and serve with peas, parsley sauce, bread sauce, or tomato sauce.
