Ingredients for Rhubarb Preserve Recipe

  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut in small pieces
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Boil the sugar and the water for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Drop in the rhubarb and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
