Ingredients for Raspberry Jam Custard Pudding Recipe

  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1½ cups milk, scalded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Pour the scalded milk over the raspberry jam and mix well.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar together.
  3. Pour the milk and jam mixture over the eggs and sugar.
  4. Add the flavoring.
  5. Turn into a pudding dish.
  6. Set pudding dish in a pan of water.
  7. Bake in moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
