Ingredients for Raspberry Jam Custard Pudding Recipe
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1½ cups milk, scalded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions
- Pour the scalded milk over the raspberry jam and mix well.
- Mix eggs and sugar together.
- Pour the milk and jam mixture over the eggs and sugar.
- Add the flavoring.
- Turn into a pudding dish.
- Set pudding dish in a pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
