Ingredients for Raspberry Jam And Cornmeal Pudding Recipe
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 3 cups milk, scalded
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Scald the milk and pour it over the jam.
- This will melt the jam.
- Mix well and pour the mixture over the eggs.
- Add the sugar and flavoring, beating well.
- Mix in the cornmeal.
- Turn into a pudding dish.
- Set pudding dish in a pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
