Instructions

  1. Make Raspberry Mousse (use raspberries in place of peaches in Peach Mousse, freezing it in small refrigerator pan in a layer 2 inch thick), Cut Angel cake or any light white cake in slices.
  2. Cut the mousse in slices the same size and place between the slices of cake.
  3. Serve with Melba Sauce.
