Ingredients for Raisins, Banana And Vermicelli Pudding

  • 2 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 1/3 cup raisins, washed
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Banana And Vermicelli Pudding Recipe, Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Mix fruit, sugar and vanilla extract with the vermicelli.
  4. Turn into a pudding dish.
  5. Pour in the scalded milk.
  6. Bake in slow oven for 35 minutes.
