Ingredients for Raisins, Banana And Vermicelli Pudding
- 2 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced
- 1/3 cup raisins, washed
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Banana And Vermicelli Pudding Recipe, Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mix fruit, sugar and vanilla extract with the vermicelli.
- Turn into a pudding dish.
- Pour in the scalded milk.
- Bake in slow oven for 35 minutes.
