Instructions

  1. Mix together 1 cup molasses, 1 cup of hot water, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 1/2 cups fine seeded chopped raisins.
  2. Cook for ten minutes.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon diluted corn starch and 1 of butter.
  4. Cook until creamy.
