Ingredients for Pumpkin Conserve Recipe
- 2 1/2 pounds pumpkin
- 2 pounds sugar
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Pare and remove skin of pumpkin. Cut in slices.
- In stew pan, add the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and lemon slices.
- Cover and heat gradually.
- Increase the heat and boil until the mixture is thick.
- Pour into jelly glasses.
