Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients for Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe
- 16 ounces pound cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, divided
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Whipped cream, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine together the cake mix, 1 egg, butter, and 2 teaspoons of the pumpkin pie spice. Beat on low so that mixture is crumbly, not creamy.
- Pour mixture into a 13x9 inch cake pan. Press down firmly to prevent gaps in the cake.
- Beat the cream cheese until light. Pour in the milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, and spices.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Pour over cake and top with walnuts.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until set. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
