Ingredients for Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
- 4 lb. pork roast
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 16 ounces mild or sweet barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Layer the bottom of a crock pot with half of the onion slices.
- Add water and roast.
- top with remaining onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until roast is cooked through.
- During last hour, drain out the excess liquid and add the barbecue sauce.
- Serve on rolls or hamburger buns with additional barbecue sauce to taste.
