Prune Pie Recipe 2

Instructions

1. Remove the stones from cooked prunes slightly sweetened.
2. Roll out bottom crust as for apple pie.
3. Add the stoned prunes, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vegetable butter, and 1/4 cup sugar or more.
4. Cover with top crust, and bake the same as apple pie.
