Candy Making Tips
- Do not try to make candy on a humid day; the results will be unsatisfactory and it may not be possible to make the candy.
- If the day is slightly rainy or foggy, do not try to use chocolate, either.
- White cane sugar is better in candy making than brown sugar.
- In cooking candies to a high temperature the stirring must be constant during the last part of the cooking.
