Poultry Stuffing Recipe 3

Ingredients for Poultry Stuffing--no. 2. Recipe

• 4 cups stale bread crumbs
• ¾ cup melted butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
2. Stuff chicken, duck, or goose.
3. Alternately, stuffing may be baked at 350 degrees in a casserole dish. Bake approximately 25 minutes, or until heated through and browned.
