Ingredients for Potatoes Maitre D'hotel Recipe
- 8 potatoes, peeled
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
- When cooked, slice them and place them in a stew pan.
- Add the scalded milk, cream, butter, parsley, and seasonings.
- Let cook slowly for about 6 minutes.
- Stir occasionally with a fork. Serve.
