Ingredients for Potatoes Maitre D'hotel Recipe

  • 8 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
  2. When cooked, slice them and place them in a stew pan.
  3. Add the scalded milk, cream, butter, parsley, and seasonings.
  4. Let cook slowly for about 6 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally with a fork. Serve.
