Ingredients for Potatoes And Vermicelli

  • 3 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
  • 3 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain off water.
  5. Mix vermicelli, potatoes, butter and seasonings together.
  6. Then serve.
