Ingredients for Potatoes And Vermicelli
- 3 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
- 3 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mix vermicelli, potatoes, butter and seasonings together.
- Then serve.
