Ingredients for Potatoes And Mint
- 10 potatoes, medium size, washed, peeled, quartered
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the chopped mint.
- Drain off water from the potatoes, and pour over them the melted butter and mint.
- Serve.
