Ingredients for Potatoes And Brussels Sprouts
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned, washed
- 6 potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mash with a potato masher and add milk, butter and seasonings.
- Beat well.
- Then serve.
