Ingredients for Potatoes (sweet) And Endives Recipe

• 8 endives, washed
• 4 sweet potatoes
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the endives and sweet potatoes separately in salted water for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the water from the endives and place them in a baking pan and season.
3. Remove sweet potatoes from water. Peel and slice them thin.
4. Cover endives with sliced potatoes and butter.
5. Add seasonings.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
