Ingredients for Potatoes (sweet), Creamed With Cheese Recipe

• 12 sweet potatoes, unpeeled
• 1/2 cup cream, boiled
• 1/2 cup water, boiling
• 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the potatoes in water for about 25 minutes.
2. Peel and slice the potatoes.
3. Mix cream, boiling water, butter, and seasonings together.
4. Put sliced potatoes in a stew pan.
5. Pour over the liquid mixture over the potatoes.
6. Simmer together for about 2 minutes.
7. Mix in the cheese with a fork, stirring constantly.
