Ingredients for Potatoes, Creamed
- 8 potatoes, peeled
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ½ cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Creamed Recipe, Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
- When cooked, slice them.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a stew pan.
- Add the scalded milk, cream, butter and seasonings.
- Let cook slowly for about 8 minutes.
- Stir occasionally with a fork.
- Then serve.
