Ingredients for Potatoes, Mashed, With Cheese
- 8 potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Mashed, With Cheese Recipe, Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water and mash potatoes with potato masher.
- Add gradually scalded milk, butter and seasonings.
- Mix and beat well, stirring in the cheese.
- Then serve.
