Ingredients for Potatoes, Diced, With Mushrooms
- 6 potatoes, peeled, diced
- ½ pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
- 5 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Diced, With Mushrooms Recipe, Put the butter in a frying pan.
- When butter is foaming, put the potatoes in the pan and cook slowly for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
- Add the mushrooms and seasonings and cook with the potatoes for about 6 minutes.
- Then serve.
