Ingredients for Potatoes, Diced, With Mushrooms

  • 6 potatoes, peeled, diced
  • ½ pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Diced, With Mushrooms Recipe, Put the butter in a frying pan.
  2. When butter is foaming, put the potatoes in the pan and cook slowly for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
  3. Add the mushrooms and seasonings and cook with the potatoes for about 6 minutes.
  4. Then serve.
