Ingredients for Potatoes, Creamed

  • 8 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Creamed Recipe, Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
  2. When cooked, slice them.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a stew pan.
  4. Add the scalded milk, cream, butter and seasonings.
  5. Let cook slowly for about 8 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally with a fork.
  7. Then serve.
