Ingredients for Potato Pudding
- Mashed potatoes (leftover)
- Milk, scalded
- Eggs
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- When the milk is scalded, add it slowly to the mashed potato and mix well.
- Then add the eggs and seasonings.
- Put in a pudding dish and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
- Use 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs for each cup of mashed potato.
