Ingredients for Potato Pudding

  • Mashed potatoes (leftover)
  • Milk, scalded
  • Eggs
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. When the milk is scalded, add it slowly to the mashed potato and mix well.
  2. Then add the eggs and seasonings.
  3. Put in a pudding dish and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Use 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs for each cup of mashed potato.
