Ingredients for Potato And Vermicelli Soup Recipe
- 3 potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1 cup vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in a stew pan.
- Bring slowly to a boil.
- Let boil for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
