Ingredients for Potato And Vermicelli Soup Recipe

  • 3 potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 1 cup vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a stew pan.
  2. Bring slowly to a boil.
  3. Let boil for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
  4. Then serve.
