Potato And Carrot Soup Recipe

• 2 potatoes, peeled, passed through meat chopper
• 2 carrots, medium size, peeled, passed through meat chopper
• 6 cups water, boiling
• 1 cup milk, scalded
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

1. Boil all ingredients together for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
