Potato (sweet) And Carrot Soup Recipe

• 4 carrots, peeled, sliced
• 3 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced
• 5 cups water
• 1 cup milk, scalded
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

1. Boil the carrots, potatoes, and seasonings slowly in the water for about 35 minutes.
