Ingredients for Pork With Mashed Turnips

  • Pork (leftover), cooked, sliced thin
  • Turnips
  • Water
  • Butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the turnips with the water.
  2. When cooked, mash them with a potato masher.
  3. Put one layer of sliced pork and then one layer of mashed turnips and seasonings in a baking dish and repeat until dish is full.
  4. Place pieces of butter on top.
  5. Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
