Ingredients for Pork With Corn And Onions
- 3 pounds pork, loin or rack
- 5 ears corn, cleaned
- 3 onions, peeled, sliced
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Roast the pork in a moderate oven for about 55 minutes.
- While pork is roasting, boil the corn in salted water for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove corn from water.
- Scrape corn from cobs.
- Put corn and onions with the seasonings in the roasting pan around the pork 10 minutes before pork is done.
- Finish cooking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
