Ingredients for Pork Spare Ribs With Cabbage And Carrots
- 5 pounds of spare ribs (soaked 5 hours)
- 2 cabbages, washed, cored, cut in pieces
- 5 carrots, peeled, sliced thick
- Seasonings to taste (very little salt)

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a kettle.
- Cover with water to 3 inches above top of food materials.
- Place cover on kettle.
- Let it cook slowly for about 1 1/4 hours.
- Then serve.
