Ingredients for Pork Shoulder With Mustard
- 1 shoulder of fresh pork
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup boiling water

Instructions
- Roast the shoulder of pork in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Mix mustard with the boiling water to a paste.
- Cream butter and add the mustard paste.
- Spread mixture on top of pork.
- Put pork back in the oven and finish roasting, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
